How many weeks is the New Member registration course?
It is an 8-week course.
Where is the class held after the first week of the registration course? What are the service times?
The class is held in Faith Hall (믿음홀) on 5F. The services are the 1st Service at 9:00, the 2nd Service at 11:30, and the 3rd Service at 3:00.
How long is the New Member class? When should I attend a service?
It begins at 10:30 AM and ends at 11:20 AM (the same every week). You may attend the 1st Service and then the class, or attend the class and then the 2nd Service. (Any service is fine.)
I skipped a week in the middle of the course and attended the next week's class. What should I do?
For example, if you attended Week 1 and Week 3, please be sure to attend Week 2 the following week. You must complete Weeks 1-4 before you can be connected to One-on-One Discipleship in Week 5.
I completed Week 4, but my One-on-One connection for Week 5 is delayed. How can I check?
You can check by contacting the One-on-One staff member at the Pastoral Support Office (목회지원실).
Who becomes my mentor in One-on-One Discipleship?
Your community matches you with a One-on-One mentor.
How should I plan the discipleship I need?
Please refer to the iSchool website (www.ionnuri.org).
How can I receive baptism?
After completing the 8-week registration course, you can take the baptism class and interview. For details, please apply at the Pastoral Support Office (목회지원실).
What should I do after completing the 8-week registration course?
Bridge Day, which marks the conclusion of the registration course, is held every two months (February, April, June, August, October, and December) on the last Sunday of the month. There you will meet the community pastor and Cell Leaders. Then continue your One-on-One discipleship and complete the Companion Course.
What should I do if I want to change communities?
Please fill out the transfer-in & transfer-out application for the relevant regional community at the Pastoral Support Office (목회지원실) so that it can be processed.
If I completed the registration course at another campus, do I need to complete the New Member course again at the new campus?
You can go directly to the Cell Group assignment process without taking the New Member course.
