Our Discipleship System

Our Discipleship System

First.

The discipleship system starts within the community.

This is so that, through the process of discipleship, members can receive spiritual visitation and pastoral care up close.
As community pastors disciple their members, true shepherding with spiritual care and nurture becomes possible.

Second.

Onnuri Church's discipleship content has been reorganized into required and elective courses.

1. 1. As members take the QT Schooland One-on-One Mentor Class, they meet regularly with the pastor in charge of their community and receive spiritual mentoring.
2. 2. Receiving spiritual mentoring through discipleship, they settle into a cell group and form relationships as a spiritual family.
3. 3. Going a step further, through OBCthey learn a biblical worldview, and a whole-person transformation that changes their lives must take place.
4. 4. Cell Leader School: through it they learn servant leadership as disciples who resemble Jesus Christ, and
5. 5. Why Mission: through it they learn the spirituality of Acts-like missions and keep growing spiritually.

As QT deepens within this spiritual growth, their relationship with God deepens, and Onnuri Church will grow along with them.
Through this discipleship system, new members as well as existing members can bear spiritual fruit.
