Migrant Ministry

Migrant Ministry

Onnuri Church established the Onnuri M Mission department to reach migrants in Korea and share the gospel with multicultural families.

Its members are migrants from some 20 countries and many backgrounds, including international students, workers and marriage immigrants, as well as multicultural families. In particular, we established the Onnuri M Center in Ansan to serve foreigners of many nationalities in the Ansan area.

Discipleship Ministry
  • We developed and run our own "ABC Discipleship," a discipleship system tailored to migrant workers whose stay in Korea is relatively short, and we use the One-on-One Discipleship materials with migrants who have grown into community leaders. Each community also holds active Bible studies and prayer meetings.
Training Key Local (Foreign) Leaders
  • Onnuri Church identifies and trains leaders among its migrant members and sends them back to their home countries as local ministers, supporting them through various scholarships and programs of faith and pastoral training.
